VI Locally Grown Market: Week of July 6, 2014

Good Morning!
Today is the Mango Melee and Tropical Fruit Festival, the annual celebration of the glorious bounty available on St. Croix during the summer months. I hope you go to enjoy the festivities at the St. George Village Botanical Gardens, and to meet and greet many of your VI Locally Grown producers who will be participating. Ridge to Reef Farm will be there with a cornucopia of fruit.
If you miss out on the Melee, don’t worry! VILG is open every week, offering delicious fresh veggies, tropical fruits and flowers, Caribbean-inspired jams, jellies, and backed good, and much more! Stop by on Wednesday to pick up you orders and check out what’s on the tables. We look forward to seeing you!
