TLC Artisan Crafts

Hello, I am an Artisan Bread Baker. My breads are always fresh. When possible, I use local organic fruits and vegetables. For example, I make a Sundried tomato/basil bread and use either fresh basil from my own greenhouse or basil form the Ridge to Reef Farm. I am a member of the CSA program with Ridge to Reef and will incorporate some of the produce I recieve every week into my bread recipes. We had our first pick-up last Sat. and the peppers are going into my Jalepeno Cheddar bread! I also make a 7 Grain Seed Bread, which is vegan, I use no animal products in this bread, and I use honey from the Honey Man to make it even better!

I just picked up an organic pumpkin from the Ridge to Reef Farm and am making an Artisan Pumpkin Bread for sale on Wed. 6/12/2013.
