This week, let’s go back to our roots: root vegetables, that is. RaS Sonrise Daughter Stand Farm has beautiful carrots and beets on offer – imagine roasting them with a sweet glaze made with Queen CariBee’s honey vinegar. Served on a bed of delicious fresh greens along with Chef Tahirah’s fantastic Island Delight Vegan Burgers, you’ll have a nutritious and delicious Locally Grown feast!
