Good morning St. Croix! Some late Christmas winds are in full force up on the farm, and the cool, dry air is so refreshing!

This week at the market we are selling a small amount of Certified Organic ‘Caribe’ cilantro and sweet thai basil. Wouldn’t that be the start of a delicious soup or curry?

I hope you’re all recovering well from carnival last night. We are ready to start a new season of growing.
