I am a self-taught baker. I have been baking vegan sweets for over two years and I love it…and so do the people that try it. I come up with non-typical ideas as well as “veganizing” traditional recipes like Chocolate Chip Cookies, Banana Bread, and Pound Cake. I use as many local ingredients as possible. I use the best ingredients I can find: unbleached flour, coconut sugar, and other organic/non-gmo ingredients. I won’t use what I won’t eat.
